Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the MorocTrip platform. By accessing or using our website or services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a booking, or simply browsing the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are booking on behalf of a group, you accept these Terms on behalf of all participants.

2. Nature of Services

MorocTrip operates as a marketplace connecting travellers with independent local tour operators and agencies ("Operators"). We are not the tour operator for any listed experience. The contract for the actual tour is between you and the relevant Operator.

We make reasonable efforts to verify the credentials, licences and quality of all listed Operators, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of third-party content, pricing or availability.

3. Bookings

Confirmation. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation email from MorocTrip. Availability is checked in real time; we cannot guarantee availability until confirmation is issued.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the booking contract.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during the booking process.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Moroccan law.
• Attempt to circumvent our payment system or engage in fraudulent chargebacks.
• Post defamatory, abusive, or harassing content in reviews or messages.
• Scrape or extract data from the Platform without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice and without liability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MorocTrip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in any booked experience.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant booking.

Adventure activities carry inherent risk. By booking such activities you acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of yourself and all participants.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is owned by or licensed to MorocTrip and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without our prior written consent.

By submitting a review or photograph, you grant MorocTrip a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content in connection with our services.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before they take effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
